collect through the WatchDeck mobile app and our websites, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

1) Scope & Controller
This Policy covers WatchDeck mobile applications and the domains we operate, including
watchdeckapp.com. If you access third-party
content or services through our app (e.g., ad networks, analytics), their privacy policies apply to their processing.
2) Information We Collect
a) Information you provide
- Account data: email address and basic profile details you choose to share.
- Content & preferences: lists, likes, ratings, favorites, and settings you configure.
- Support requests: messages you send via the in-app Help section.
b) Information collected automatically
- Usage data: app screens you view, interactions (e.g., scrolls, taps), session timestamps, referrers.
- Device & diagnostics: device model, OS version, language/region, IP address (derived), crash logs, performance metrics.
- Advertising ID: on Android, the Advertising ID (ADID) is used for ad delivery and measurement for non-premium users.
You can reset or limit it in your device settings.
- Cookies & similar: our website may use cookies/local storage for essential features, analytics and remembering preferences.
c) Information from partners
- Analytics: aggregated usage metrics that help us understand app performance and stability.
- Advertising: ad networks provide reports about ad impressions, clicks, and conversions (non-premium experience).
3) How We Use Information
- Provide the service: account creation, authentication, syncing favorites/lists, and core functionality.
- Improve & personalize: fix bugs, optimize performance, tailor content recommendations.
- Advertising (non-premium): deliver, limit frequency, and measure ads using device Advertising ID on Android.
- Security & fraud prevention: detect abuse, protect accounts and our infrastructure.
- Legal compliance & communications: send important notices about changes or issues with the service.
4) Legal Bases (EEA/UK users)
- Contract: to provide the service you request.
- Legitimate interests: improve, secure, and measure service usage (balanced against your rights).
- Consent: when required by law for certain cookies/ads settings. You can withdraw consent in device/browser settings.
5) How We Share Information
- Service providers: cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and ad partners working on our behalf under agreements.
- Legal reasons: to comply with applicable law or respond to valid legal requests.

6) Advertising & Analytics
For non-premium users, we use advertising partners to show and measure ads. Partners may use the
Android Advertising ID and device signals to provide more relevant ads and limit spammy experiences
(e.g., frequency capping). You can reset/limit the Advertising ID in your device settings.
7) Data Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes.
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data, except where retention is required by law.
8) Your Choices & Rights

- Access & correction: request a copy or correction of your data via the in-app Help section.
- Advertising ID: reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings.
- Cookies (web): manage via your browser settings or consent prompts where applicable.
9) Children’s Privacy
WatchDeck is not directed to children under the age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from such users.
10) International Transfers
We may process data on servers located outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards to protect your information.
11) Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No system is 100% secure; please
keep your account credentials confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity.
12) Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Our services currently do not respond to these signals.
13) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with an updated “Last updated” date.
